How to cancel Netflix

Who bills you?
A payment partner bills you
No Cancel option means a payment partner bills you. Account, then Membership, shows a link or their contact.
GCash
Cancel Netflix first. Then in GCash: Profile > Subscription Center > the merchant > Unlink twice. Unlinking only stops GCash charges (GCash).
Pause instead
Pause for 1 month instead of cancelling. Not offered on Basic or some payment methods.
Gift cards and promos
A gift card or promo balance keeps working until it runs out.
Questions
Does signing out or deleting the app cancel it?
No. Only the steps above cancel it.
What if my account is on hold?
Cancelling an account on hold closes it at once.
How long does Netflix keep my history?
Viewing activity and recommendations are kept for 24 months after closing.
