1. Who we are. DueStub is made by Plume & Throttle, in the Philippines. Contact: hello@duestub.com.
2. What DueStub does. It keeps a list of your subscriptions and reminds you before charges. You still cancel with each service yourself. Dates and amounts come from the pages you save and what you enter; check them before relying on them.
3. Your account. One person per account. Keep your email secure. You can download your data or delete your account in Settings.
4. Fair use. Don't misuse the service, overload it or try to reach other people's data. We may limit or close accounts that do.
5. Pro. Pro is a one-time payment of $16 (USD) for Pro features on your account, for as long as DueStub runs, with a monthly allowance of forwarded receipts. Checkout may show the price in your local currency. Plume & Throttle sells Pro through Dodo Payments, our payment provider, which handles checkout and is the merchant of record.
6. Refunds. See the Refund policy.
7. If DueStub shuts down. We'll give at least 60 days' notice and keep data export working until the end.
8. No warranty. DueStub is provided as is. A missed or wrong reminder is not our liability beyond what you paid us in the last 12 months.
9. Changes. We'll post changes here and email account holders about important ones.
10. Law. Philippine law applies.
