Which one is on your statement?
Your statement shows Canva, APPLE*Canva or GOOGLE*Canva.
Apple
Bought in the App Store? Cancel there, using the Apple guide. Uninstalling doesn't cancel. Apple refunds go through Apple.
Google Play
Bought in Google Play? On play.google.com, open your subscriptions, then Manage, Cancel subscription, pick a reason and choose Continue (Google's steps).
GCash
Unlinking GCash doesn't cancel Canva. Cancel in Canva first, then GCash > Profile > Subscription Center > the merchant > Unlink, then Unlink again (GCash).
Pause instead
Pro, Teams and Business can pause for up to 3 months.
Refunds
Most Canva subscriptions aren't refundable. See Canva's refund page.

No. They stay on Canva Free.

Canva bills on UTC, so a trial charge can show a day early.
